This agreement is between you (The Client) and SchlegelCopy. By moving forward, we both agree to the following:
The Goal
I provide Local SEO, Funnel Building, and Web Design with one objective: to make your phone ring. Whether it's ranking you in the Google "Map Pack" or building a high-converting landing page, my work is focused on getting you more leads.
What’s Included
Local SEO & GBP: A full audit and optimization of your Google Business Profile to get you seen by local customers.
Funnel Build: A full strategic funnel, with management, that guides your ideal customer to buy from you from the first impression.
Website Build: A fast, mobile-optimized site designed to turn visitors into leads.
The Content: Professional copywriting and design.
Updates: Monthly ranking reports so you can see exactly where your investment is going.
Scope of Services:
Complete Google Business Profile audit and optimization
Optional website build with SEO
Building a strategic review generation system
Weekly post planning including content strategy
Competitive analysis and clear positioning in the local market
Weekly ranking reports and progress updates
Ongoing support, optimization and adjustments throughout the 90 days
What I Need From You
To get results, I’ll need access to your Google Business Profile and your website. I’ll always notify you before making major changes. Once we start, I’ll send a simple checklist to get me the access I need.
The 90-Day Guarantee
If we are working on a Local SEO package and you aren't ranking on the first page/Top 3 for your main keyword in your target area within 90 days, I will stop billing you. I’ll continue working for free until we hit that goal. Once the goal is met, normal billing resumes.
Exclusivity
While we are working together, I will not take on any of your direct competitors in your specific local area.
Ownership & Payments
You own everything: The site, the copy, and the SEO ranking stay with you even if we stop working together. Some assets will be in my name for simplicity but will be transferred over to you if we stop working together.
Invoicing: Work begins once the initial invoice is paid. I accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and bank transfers, etc.
Timeline: The 90-day clock starts the moment I have all the access I need to your accounts.
